K-12 Recreational Programs
INSTRUCTIONAL / GIRLS (Kindergarten – HS)
Children learn best in a non-competitive and non-threatening atmosphere. When combined with an element of fun, the learning experience is all the more positive. Gymnastics skills are taught and governed by the USA Gymnastics Level 1-5 skills, with special attention paid to each child’s special needs. Children soon develop an “I CAN DO IT!” attitude, based on individual accomplishments. Classes are one hour long and use gymnastics exercises & equipment and Olympic apparatus.
INSTRUCTIONAL / BOYS (Kindergarten – HS)
Boys and young men’s gymnastics develops strength, agility, coordination, speed and overall fitness conditioning – all the requirements needed to excel in any sport. Gymnastics tumbling skills as well as conditioning, endurance and upper body strength are developed through the use of our climbing wall, ropes, cargo net and trampolines. Boys will also engage in group games and activities to encourage team work. By developing skills and strength beyond individual expectations, greater self-confidence and self-esteem are achieved. Classes are one hour long and use gymnastics exercises & equipment and Olympic apparatus.
